Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at twelve28.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.

Shipping Costs
